New game: Spot the traffic light

When was the last time you saw a traffic light working in the city?
Probably only if you went to the junction of Homestretch and Mandela Avenues, one of the last surviving lights in town.
The rest are old and even vandalised and no one is doing anything to fix them. The results have been several accidents, mostly fender benders but some more serious including a couple at Camp and Lamaha Streets. Now motorists grope their way through busy intersections or police ranks spend precious man-hours directing traffic.
